Board Moves March 8, 2019

Dynasty Resources has announced the appointments of Gang Xu and Malcolm Castle as non-executive directors, and the resignation of Kenneth Charteris from the board. Mr  Xu has over 25 years of senior management experience, including roles with Australian public and ASX-listed companies in the capacity of managing director and non-executive director. Mr  Castle has over 50 years of experience in exploration geology and property evaluation, including 20 years as an exploration geologist and over 30 years as a consultant.

Dan Hilerowitz has been appointed chief financial officer of Elsight. Mr  Hilerowitz has extensive knowledge and experience in directing multinational and hi-tech companies.

Marcel Hilmer has joined Vimy Resources as chief financial officer and company secretary of the Vimy Group of companies. Mr  Hilmer has over 30 years of experience as a finance professional in the resources and manufacturing industries with significant involvement in funding, exploration, mergers and acquisitions. He succeeds Ron Chamberlain, who has accepted the role of chief financial officer at dual-listed (ASX and SGX) Alliance Minerals Assets.
