ADX Energy has appointed highly experienced energy professional John Begg as non-executive director, following the resignation of Andrew Childs who has been on the board since 2009. Mr Begg had held a number of executive and management roles and was instrumental in the discovery and commercialisation of numerous oil and gas fields in Australia, North Africa, South-East Asia and North America.
Damon Cox has replaced Laura Woods as joint company secretary of Australian Gold and Copper. Mr Cox , a Chartered Secretary and an employee of Consilium Corporate, has over 15 years of experience as a company secretary to ASX-listed companies.
