Eon NRG has advised that the roles of the CEO and CFO have been suspended while the company resolves the re-quotation of its shares on the ASX. John Whisler has resigned as chief executive and managing director after seven years of service, while former chief financial officer Simon Adams will remain as a director and company secretary. The company has appointed John Hannaford as non-executive director. Mr Hannaford is an experienced corporate advisor and company director with broad financial experience, having been involved with several ASX listings.
Shane McBride has resigned as joint company secretary of Gascoyne Resources.
