C29 Metals has appointed Shannon Green as managing director. Mr Green is an experienced mining executive and company director with over 25 years of corporate, resource development and mining operations experience across a diverse range of commodities including uranium. Jeremy King, who was appointed to the board in December 2022, has stepped down as executive director.

Michael Dontschuk, who joined the board of Grange Resources in 2017, has resigned as a non-executive director.

Pantera Minerals has appointed current non-executive chair Barnaby Egerton-Warburton as executive chair and chief executive, Tim Goldsmith as non-executive director, and Matthew Hansen has transitioned from chief executive to non-executive director. Mr Egerton-Warburton has over 30 years of investment banking, international investment & market experience having worked in New York, Sydney and Hong Kong. Mr Goldsmith was the chief executive of Rincon Mining, and was responsible for the sale of Rincon to Rio Tinto. He has been a strategic advisor to Pantera.  Emmanuel Correia and John Hebenton have stepped down as non-executive directors.

Paterson Resources has appointed Greg Entwistle as non-executive director, and current non-executive director Kenneth Banks has taken over from Nicholas Johansen as non-executive chair. Mr Entwistle is a mining executive with over 40 years of international experience in design, development and operations.

Piedmont Lithium has appointed Dawne Hickton as non-executive director. Ms Hickton is an accomplished leader in the aerospace, energy, and metals industries. She also has an impressive career leading global manufacturing supply chain companies in multiple industries.

Poseidon Nickel has made some changes to its leadership structure following the sale of Lake Johnston nickel concentrator plant to Mineral Resources. From April, current chief financial officer Brendan Shalders will be taking over from Craig Jones as chief executive. Mr Jones, who has overseen the proposed sale of Lake Johnston and the implementation of aggregated annualised costs savings of over $6 million, has been with the company since February 2022 and as chief executive since October 2023. Mr Shalders joined in September 2019.

Alexander Neuling has replaced Michael Higginson as company secretary of Zuleika Gold. Mr Neuling has over 20 years of corporate and financial experience including as company secretary, chief financial officer and a director of various ASX-listed companies within the mineral exploration, oil & gas, biotech and mining services sector. Mr Higginson remains a non-executive director of the company.
