Board Moves March 19, 2019

Hardey Resources has made significant changes to its board with the appointments of John Hannaford, David Izzard, Brian Thomas, Scott Paterson and Nicholas Johansen as non-executive directors. They replace Robin Armstrong, Terence Clee and Robert McCauley who have stepped down from the board. The new leadership team is undertaking a comprehensive review of the strategy and operations of the company, assessing its current asset portfolio, determining the best strategy going forward, and working with the ASX to establish the requirements for re-listing the company on the ASX.

Andrew Mooney has joined the board of Noble Metals as non-executive director. Mr  Mooney is a senior finance executive with over 30 years of experience in business and finance within Australia and Asia.
