Geoff Lewis has been appointed sales director of Advanced Braking Technology. Mr Lewis has significant sales and business development experience in executive roles within the steel, hydraulic hose and ship construction industries.
FBR has appointed executive officer Rachelle Brunet as joint company secretary.
Zenith Energy has appointed current joint company secretary Peter Torre as non-executive director. Mr Torre is the principal of Torre Corporate, an advisory firm providing corporate governance services to public-listed companies. He was appointed joint company secretary as an independent contractor prior to the company's Initial Public Offering in May 2017.
