Board Moves June 5, 2018

Auroch Minerals has appointed Aidan Platel as chief executive and Adam Santa Maria as non-executive director. Mr  Platel was a consultant with Auroch for over 12 months, evaluating projects and planning the work and drill programmes commencing on the company’s recently acquired Arden and Bonaventura Projects in the world-class base-metal mining region of South Australia. Mr  Santa Maria is an experienced corporate finance and public company executive and co-founder of Discovery Capital Partners, an emerging boutique investment house and advisory firm. David Lenigas has resigned as non-executive director but remains as an advisor to the board.

Flavio Garofalo has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Strandline Resources. Mr  Garofalo is a finance and corporate executive with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He replaces Tony Brazier and Geoff James who have stepped down as chief financial officer and company secretary respectively.
