ADX Energy has appointed London-based Edouard Etienvre as non-executive director, following the resignation of Rob Brown due to increased overseas work commitments that will require extensive international travel and overseas presence. Mr Etienvre has extensive commercial, business development, debt market and capital market experience; and over 12 years of experience in the oil and gas, mining, shipping and offshore facilities sectors.
Robin King, current executive director of Blossomvale Holdings, will transition to a non-executive director.
Raj Logaraj has resigned as non-executive director of Elsight.
