Board Moves January 29, 2021

Alexander Hewlett will be stepping down as non-executive director of Black Cat Syndicate at the end of February. Mr Hewlett was a founding director of the company and was instrumental in the ASX initial public offering resulting in the listing of Black Cat in January 2018.

Firefinch has appointed Elizabeth Lee as joint company secretary. Ms Lee has over 20 years of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial functions.

Jason Pater will be joining the board of Riedel Resources in February as non-executive director. Mr Pater has over 20 years of board experience in corporate and non-profit organisations as well as significant corporate experience, particularly in the US. Riedel will be commencing its 5,000m RC drill program at the Kingman Gold Project in Arizona, USA.

Chris Brophy has resigned as non-executive director of Vysarn following his appointment as chief executive of a private company. Mr Brophy joined Vysarn since its relisting on the ASX in September 2019.
