BPM Minerals has appointed Christopher Swallow as chief executive. Mr Swallow has over 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors. He has worked in strategic communications as an advisor to numerous ASX-listed Australian, North American and West African mineral explorers covering a range of commodities including gold, nickel, zinc and copper.

Jacqueline Barry has replaced Simon Davey as company secretary of DUG Technology. Ms Barry has been assistant company secretary of DUG since May 2020.

Motio has appointed its largest shareholder Harley Grosser to the board as a non-executive director. Mr Grosser is the founder of Capital H Management, a Sydney-based specialist small cap funds management company, and manager of the Capital H Inception Fund.

Nathan Maxwell-McGinn has joined the board of New Zealand Coastal Seafoods as a non-executive director. Mr Maxwell-McGinn is the co-founder, shareholder and marketing manager of JSJ Seafood which exports over $50 million Australian and international seafood to Asia annually, under the “Three Capes” brand. He has significant experience in international trade, marketing, business and brand development; and has assisted companies in Europe, South America and Africa in developing new markets in Asia.

Todd Hannigan has resigned as an alternate director for Tom Todd at Prairie Mining, in order to concentrate on other business and investment opportunities.
