Board Moves February 27, 2024

Brazilian Critical Minerals has appointed current non-executive directors Andrew Reid as managing director and Jeremy Robinson as non-executive chair respectively, with Ken Kluksdahl transitioning to the role of non-executive director. Mr Reid has over 30 years of experience in the resources industry, including 20 years of expertise in mine management, geology and mining engineering & economics. He will commence in the role from 25 March.

Sandfire Resources has appointed current chief legal and compliance officer Victoria Twiss as joint company secretary. Ms Twiss has been with the company since August 2011.

Gene Tilbrook will be retiring as non-executive director of Woodside Energy at the end of February. Mr Tilbrook joined the board in December 2014.
