Helix Resources has appointed Tim Kennedy as non-executive director. Mr Kennedy is an experienced exploration executive with a 30-year career in the mining industry. His appointment coincides with the resignation of Michael Naylor as non-executive director due to increasing commitments from his corporate consultancy business. Mr Naylor was previously the company’s chief financial officer and company secretary.
Peter Wall has resigned as non-executive director of Ookami.
