Dampier Gold has appointed Gavin Solomon as special advisor to the board of directors. Mr Solomon has over 30 years of experience in the Australian & Asian equity and capital markets. He founded PrimaryMarkets and its wholly-owned subsidiary Helmsec Global Capital, and had his own mid-size law firm from 1981 to 1999.
PYC Therapeutics has appointed former McKinsey & Company partner Douglas Huey as chief executive and board director. Mr Huey will be based in the US and will establish PYC’s office in Boston, as the company progresses towards clinical drug development. Rohan Hockings will step down as chief executive, but remains with the company as an executive director and chief strategy officer.
Dror Nagel has resigned as non-executive director of Roots Sustainable Agricultural Technologies.
