Board Moves February 12, 2019

Medical dermatology company Botanix Pharmaceuticals has appointed Dr Michael Thurn, head of Australian operations, as executive director.

Deborah Ho has been appointed joint company secretary of De.mem. Ms  Ho has over 6 years of experience in company secretarial, corporate compliance and financial accounting matters.

Torey Marshall has resigned as chief executive and managing director of High Grade Metals. Simon Francis and Hayden Locke have also resigned as non-executive chair and non-executive director respectively, as part of the changes to reduce the number of directors on the board. The company has appointed Anthony Hall as executive chair on an interim basis whilst it commences the search for a new chief executive and managing director. Mr  Hall is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years of commercial experience in venture capital, risk management, strategy and business development.

Jason Brewer has resigned as non-executive director of Vector Resources due to increasing work commitments.
