Board Moves December 8, 2020

Alexander Sundich, non-executive director of Caravel Minerals since May 2018, has resigned from the board. He remains a shareholder of the company.

Matrix Composites & Engineering has appointed Chris Sutherland as non-executive director. Mr Sutherland has significant executive leadership expertise spanning more than 20 years in the oil and gas, resources, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors within Australia. He was the managing director and chief executive of Programmed, a leading staffing, maintenance and facility management services provider.

Brenda Berlin will step down as acting chief executive and executive director of MC Mining on 15 February 2021. Ms Berlin joined the company in April 2018 as executive director and chief financial officer before becoming acting CEO in February 2020. MC Mining is conducting an executive search for a permanent CEO.

Peter Coleman has advised of his intention to retire as chief executive of Woodside Petroleum in the second half of 2021. Mr Coleman has been with the company since May 2011.
