Board Moves December 5, 2017

Drake Resources has appointed David Wheeler as non-executive director following the resignation of Jay Stephenson from the board.

Dale Sander has been appointed chief financial officer of Avita Medical, a regenerative medicine company.  Mr  Sander has more than 20 years of experience, including serving as chief financial officer of 4 medical device and pharmaceutical companies and 11 years within public companies. Current chief financial officer Tim Rooney will become chief administrative officer, responsible for global operations and supply chain management, human resource and information technology. Both executives will be based in Valencia, California.

Frank Lesko has resigned as non-executive director of Tyranna Resources.

David Huang has joined the board of Wolf Petroleum as non-executive director. Mr  Huang has extensive global and executive experience.
