Mark Savich has transitioned from an executive director to a non-executive director of Agrimin. Mr Savich has been with the company since December 2012, initially as a non-executive director before becoming chief executive and executive director in June 2014. He stepped down as CEO in August this year.
Changes to Global Oil & Gas’ board structure sees Scott Macmillan replacing Patrick Glovac as non-executive director, Matt Ireland taking over from Chris Zielinski as non-executive chair, and Lloyd Flint replacing Anna MacKintosh as company secretary. Mr Macmillan is a reservoir engineer with over 15 years of experience in oil and gas exploration, field development planning, reserves and resources assessment, reservoir simulation, commercial valuations and business development. Mr Ireland is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance matters, in mining and oil & gas transactions including joint venture agreements, M&A transactions, capital raisings and asset acquisitions/disposals. Lloyd Flint is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the corporate and financial services sector.
