Board Moves December 28-30, 2022

Leslie Crockett has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Cash Converters International. Mr Crockett joined the company in June 2020 as a chief financial officer, before assuming the additional responsibility of company secretary in July 2021. Current group corporate finance manager Jonty Gibbs will assume the role of interim chief financial officer, and experienced accountant Sonu Cheema from Cicero Corporate Services has been appointed company secretary.

Mineral Commodities has appointed Brian Moller as an independent non-executive chair, and Katherine Garvey has replaced Fletcher Hancock as company secretary. Mr Moller acts for many public-listed companies in Australia and internationally, is familiar with foreign listing rules and processes, and regularly advises boards of directors on corporate governance & related issues. Ms Garvey is an experienced corporate & commercial lawyer and company secretary, with significant experience acting for listed public companies.
