Darren Wasylucha has been appointed chief corporate officer of Australis Oil & Gas. Mr  Wasylucha is an experienced legal and commercial executive, having filled similar roles at Aurora Oil & Gas from 2011 to 2014.

Current non-executive director Giles Everist has been appointed chief financial officer of Macmahon Holdings. He will step down from the board, having served as a non-executive director since 2013.

Orinoco Gold has reorganised its board and management including cost cutting of its non-mining overhead and a focus on high grade gold production. Orinoco’s second largest shareholder Joseph Pinto will replace Brian Thomas as non-executive chair, Jeremy Gray has been appointed managing director, current general manager of operations Richard Crew has been appointed chief operating officer and will be based at Cascavel in Brazil, and Craig Dawson’s contract as chief executive officer has been terminated.

AnaeCo’s chair Shaun Scott, non-executive director Les Capelli, as well as managing director & company secretary David Lymburn have all resigned from the company. Mr  Lymburn will complete his duties by the end of December.

John Sestan will be retiring from the board of Marenica Energy. Mr  Sestan has worked with the company since 2014 in various roles including as a consultant, chief commercial officer and non-executive director. He played a central role in the commercialisation process of its U-pgrade process with Deep Yellow.
