Robert Scott has been appointed non-executive director of Castillo Copper. Mr Scott has more than 35 years of experience as a corporate advisor at major accounting firms. He retired as an international partner of Arthur Anderson to pursue non-executive director roles.
Elsight has appointed former Commissioner of the Australia Federal Police Force, Mick Keelty AO, as non-executive deputy chair. Since leaving the AFP in 2009, Mr Keelty has spearheaded major government reviews and inquiries, and held positions on several government and private sector advisory boards.
