Jimmie Wong has resigned as executive chair of Credit Intelligence, and as director of all the group’s subsidiaries. Arthur Ma has also resigned, as joint company secretary.

Dropsuite has appointed US-based Eric Martorano as an independent non-executive director from January 2024. Mr Martorano has extensive experience in driving global growth strategy and go-to-market initiatives. He spent over 25 years with business customers and partners around the globe from small businesses through to enterprise customers.

Incitec Pivot has appointed Mauro Neves de Moraes as chief executive and managing director from 22 January. Mr de Moraes is a global executive with 30 years of industry experience across the resources and logistics sectors. He has been involved in driving operational and strategic business performance for some of the world’s biggest mining companies.

RooLife Group has appointed Hong Kong-based Terence Leung as an independent non-executive director, as Warren Barry steps down from the board to focus exclusively on his executive role in sales and business development for the company. Mr Leung has over 15 years of professional experience in the financial services industry within Australia and Asia; spanning investment banking and capital markets, principal investment and asset management.
