John Klepec, current chair of Wellard, has been appointed interim executive chair and will take over the management of the company’s day-to-day operations. His appointment comes as Fred Troncone resigns from his role as executive director of operations and from the board. Chief business development officer, Scot Braithwaite, has also tendered his resignation and will leave the company at the end of October. The company is undergoing a strategic refocus of its livestock and charter divisions.
Harry Miller has replaced Chris Huish as company secretary of Latitude Consolidated. Mr Miller has acted as company secretary and accountant to several companies.
