Christopher Achurch has been appointed chief financial officer of Kalium Lakes, following the decision by Frederick Kotzee to step down from the role due to family commitments. Mr  Kotzee will also step down as joint company secretary.

Neil Meadows has been appointed chief operating officer of European Metals. Mr  Meadows is an accomplished and highly regarded senior executive with a successful background in leadership within the Australian resources sector. He was the recipient of the Mine Manager of the Year Award through the Sydney Mining Club in 2007, and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy North Queensland Resources Industry Professional of the Year in 2009.

Triangle Energy (Global) has appointed Jason Peacock and Wai-Lid Wong as non-executive directors, increasing the board’s operational experience level as it implements a number of initiatives aimed at growth and asset development. Mr  Peacock has 18 years of oil and gas experience across production operations, reservoir engineering, and petroleum development. Mr  Wong has more than 17 years of oil and gas experience in process engineering, operations and asset management.

Terry Walsh has joined Structural Monitoring Systems as non-executive director and head of corporate and legal affairs. He replaces Andrew Chilcott who has stepped down from the board as an independent non-executive director.

Wolf Petroleum has appointed Winnie Chen as company secretary, replacing Johnson Huang who has resigned from the company.  Ms  Chen is the owner of the Cabot Square accounting franchise in the Sydney CBD and is particularly active in Sydney’s Chinese business community.
