Ventnor Resources has announced a $4 million share placement to advance drilling programs at its Thaduna/Green Dragon copper project near Meekatharra.
Ventnor said today that it had received firm commitments for a $4.015 million share placement, priced at 55 cents per share.
The company is targeting the third quarter of this calendar year to identify a JORC-compliant resource at Thaduna/Green Dragon, which is located around 40 kilometres east of Sandfire Resources’ DeGrussa copper development.
The share placement was arranged by Bell Potter Securities and closed oversubscribed, Ventnor said.
At close of trade today, Ventnor stocks were down 3.9 per cent, trading at 61.5 cents.
