Ian Milliner and Russ Crane have joined the advisory board of port services company, Oropesa Port Mangement. Mr Milliner has served as the managing director of submarine services and training company, The Underwater Centre Fremantle for over 17 years. Mr Crane was chief of the Royal Australian Navy for four years, from 2008 to 2011.
