Despite a soft uranium price, Toro Energy are continuing to prepare the company to leap into production as soon as world demand for uranium increases.
The company completed its largest ever drilling campaign in the June quarter at Millipede near Wiluna, delivering its best ever Uranium grade of 1.4% eU308 over an intersection of 1.5m.
The exceptionally high grade was intersected 1m below surface with average grades of 0.4% eU308 within the drilling envelope almost doubling previous average grades of 0.24% eU308.
Toro’s Wiluna project is one of the few sizeable uranium resources globally with approvals in place and any upswing in the uranium price
