Daniel Tenardi has joined the board of Grange Resources as a non-executive independent director following the resignation of deputy chairman Neil Chatfield, who has been with the company since 2009.
Mr Tenardi was most recently chief executive of Ngarda Civil & Mining, and is a former managing director of Bauxite Resources.
He has also held senior roles at CITIC Pacific, Alcoa, Roche Mining and Rio Tinto.
