CON Bochrinis has 20 years' experience in the insurance and risk management industry, and has been involved in the placement of insurance programs for major national and international companies with complex reinsurance and risk management requirements.

In addition, he has consulted to corporate and government clients on a variety of legal and business process matters.

Mr Bochrinis' risk management experience has included coordinating corporations' behavioural management, occupational safety and health, cultural change and claims and injury management programs.

This broad expertise enables him to deliver high quality service and cost-effective solutions to major corporations with complex insured and self-insured requirements.

He holds a bachelor of applied science (EH & OS&H), a post-graduate diploma (OS&H & Rehabilitation), and has a diploma in chemistry.

Steve Dorlandt

STEVE Dorlandt is the managing partner of the Perth Central Business Banking Centre located in the Perth CBD.

He has been associated with the finance industry for 26 years, including positions in retail, corporate finance, and more recently the leadership of teams that service the broader business banking market covering small to medium market segments

Mr Dorlandt is responsible for the leadership of the business inclusive of broader medium term business strategies, customer relations, industry representation, and marketing strategies.

Perth Central Business Banking has 60 staff that provide an array of financial and investment business solutions for its business customers.

These also include the provision of specialist areas of transactional banking, asset finance, cashflow solutions, treasury services, international trade and financial planning.

Rod Evans

PATERSONS Capital Partners is a specialist business within Patersons Securities that provides companies with corporate advice and access to the firm's full suite of equity and debt raising capabilities.

Before taking up his role with Patersons, Rod Evans was group manager acquisitions and strategy with Alinta Limited from 2003 to 2007. He was involved in the identification of growth opportunities and the management of mergers and acquisitions. Immediately before the sale of Alinta he led a $20 billion bid for a major water utility in the UK.

Prior to this he was assistant director general of the state's Department of Industry and Resources, leading the government's investment attraction program with specific focus on developing the resources sector.

Dean Hely

AS deputy managing partner of Lavan Legal, Western Australia's largest independently owned law firm, Dean Hely leads the commercial advice and litigation group and heads up the insolvency and reconstruction team.

He has almost 20 years' experience in areas including corporate reconstruction and litigation, insolvency, bankruptcy, corporations law matters and general litigation.

Mr Hely has led a number of major projects including the receivership of the Meade Group, the winding up of the Firepower Group and the merger of StateWest Credit Society Ltd and Home Building Society Ltd. He acts for McGrath Nicol, Pitcher Partners, PPB and RSM on large receiverships, reconstructions and asset sales.

Mr Hely is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia.

Leanne Rowley

In 2005, she was offered a shareholding in recognition of her integral contribution to the business.

Ms Rowley is an essential part of the service offering to the clients in overseeing the preparation and strategic planning of client reports. She manages a team of nine staff.
