REALMARK was last week named as the most successful real estate agency in Western Australia, when it received awards in four categories at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia’s annual awards.

Realmark was awarded best large residential agency of the year for the second consecutive year, while its commercial division was named the best commercial agency category for the first time.

Realmark’s residential division won the communication category for the fourth time, while the firm took home the innovation award for the third time.

Realmark executive director John Percudani said the accolades were in recognition of the firm’s unique approach to real estate.

“We are proud to offer a very progressive service in all areas of real estate, but we don’t take this approach for the fun of it, we do it because we know it is critical to getting the best results for our clients,” he said.

“Real estate is a very fast-paced, rapidly changing industry and keeping ahead takes a lot of time and resources. These awards are an endorsement of the hard work we have put in over the past 12 months across all aspects of Realmark’s offerings to clients and employees.

Other winners honoured by REIWA included: Momentum Wealth’s Emma Everett, who was named the buyers agent of the year; Marlows Vision Equity, which won the community service award; Caporn Yong Estate Agents’ Tammy Howard, who was named corporate support person of the year; Investors Edge’s Denise Thompson, who was named residential property manager of the year; and Provincial, which won the small residential agency category.

These winners may now put their names forward to the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s national awards in the New Year, as the state nomination in their winning category.
