Following the acquisition of unlisted company Oresearch Limited, Merah Resources has appointed Oresearch directors Jeremy Read as managing director and Adam Davey as a non-executive director.
Existing Merah managing director David Deloub stepped down from the role but remains on the board as non-executive chairman.
Merah non-executive director Jason Eveleigh has resigned from the board.
Mr Read is currently chairman of Discovery Metals, where he was managing director for five years. He was also previously managing director at Avalon Minerals and Meridian Minerals.
