Quest Minerals has appointed Paul Piercy as non-executive chairman, and Jerome Vitale as managing director, effective immediately. Mr Piercy is a former Rio Tinto senior executive who has also served as managing director of WesTrac Equipment. He is currently a non-executive director of Australasian Resources and Dragon Mountain Gold. Mr Vitale was previously managing director of Redbank Copper and currently runs a private consultancy, Vitale Corporate. Former Quest chairman Alan Winduss, who has been on the company’s board for five years, and board member Robert Molkenthin, who joined in December to fill a casual vacancy, have resigned.
