Leading West Australian diabetes researcher Professor Grant Morahan has announced a major partnership with China’s premier Medical School and animal sciences Institute, supported by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. As part of this collaborative agreement, Prof Morahan has also been appointed as a visiting professor at Peking University as part of which he will initiate and supervise several research programs in Beijing.
Prof Morahan is the Professor of Diabetes Research at the University of Western Australia and The Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. He is also a visiting professor at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
