McKinnon joins Programmed board

Maintenance services and staffing group Programmed has appointed former Austal Ships and Fleetwood Corporation managing director Robert McKinnon as a non-executive director.
Mr McKinnon has also sat as chairman of the Esperance Port Authority and Tox Free Solutions.
Currently, he is a non-executive director of Bankwest.
Programmed chairman Bruce Brook said Mr McKinnon would bring a wealth of experience to the new role.
“Bob’s considerable leadership and commercial experience will enhance and strengthen the board of Programmed, and I am confident that he will be a valuable addition going forward,” Mr Brook said in a statement to the ASX.
“On behalf of all the directors, I am delighted to welcome him to this role and I look forward to working with him.”
At 9:40AM (WST) Programmed’s stock was up 1 per cent, at $1.98.
