Former GESB chief Michelle Dolin has joined property developer Peet as chief financial officer.
Ms Dolin has also formerly held senior executive positions at Bankwest and Challenge Bank.
Peet managing director Brendan Gore said in a statement Ms Dolin joined the company at a time of significant strategic growth.
"Ms Dolin is a well-respected business leader with an impeccable track record in driving business growth and expansion in the funds management and financial services sector," Mr Gore said.
"Her skills and experience area welcome addition to the strength and depth of our executive team."
Ms Dolin will begin with Peet in July.
