Giles Everist has joined the board of shipbuilder Austal as a non-executive director.
Mr Everist is currently non-executive chairman of Decmil Group, and a director at LogiCamms and Macmahon.
He was chief financial officer and company secretary of Monadelphous Group from 2003 to 2009.
