EASTLAND Medical Systems has secured safe needle device patents for the US, the Americas, the UK and Europe through its offshoot Eastland Medical Systems PLC.
Eastland plans to raise capital for EMS with the goal of a listing on the London-based Alternative Investment Market.
After the capital raising, Eastland will remain a major shareholder in EMS.
Eastland holds patents and distribution rights for its range of safe needle device in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and South East Asia, including Japan.
