TFS Corporation executive chairman Frank Wilson has bought 4.1 million shares worth $3.3 million as part of a one-for-20 non-renounceable rights issue and shortfall underwriting agreement. This brings his total stake in the sandalwood producer to 45 million shares worth $37.6 million. TFS says it will be debt free once it completes its $37.9 million share placement and rights issue.

Pegasus Metals director Michael Fotios has exercised 16.2 million options to acquire shares at a cost of 10 cents each, bringing his stake in the junior explorer to 32.4 million. With the shares trading at 29 cents each, his net stake is worth $9.4 million in total. Director Stephen Mann has also exercised options at the same cost, acquiring 14.5 million shares in the company to bring his total stake to 29.1 million shares worth $8.9 million.
