Northern Star Resources has appointed Shaun Day as chief financial officer, replacing Raymond Parry who has resigned.
Mr Day has held a number of finance executive positions in the resources industry, most recently as chief executive officer at Sakari Resources, a top 50 Singapore stock exchange-listed coal miner, which was taken over by Thailand’s PTT Group for $US2 billion.
Mr Day is a non-executive director of Attila Resources.
