David Airey has retired as the president of Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) after serving the maximum 12 years proscribed in REIWA’s constitution. Mr Airey’s 12 year term on council included four as Institute president and he is the first REIWA president in 97 years to serve a consecutive four-year term.
In addition to Mr Airey’s retirement, long-serving councillor Ian Cornell has stepped down and two new councillors, namely, Rory Trotter and Suzanne Brown, have been elected to the institute’s governing board.
