Fremantle Dockers player Ryan Crowley has been suspended for 12 months after he tested positive to a banned substance in last year's season.
Mr Crowley, who was facing a ban of up to two years, fronted the AFL's anti-doping tribunal last month after testing positive to the banned substance last year, and has already served more than eight months of a provisional suspension.
He will be suspended from playing until September 24, when the balance of the 12 month sanction will have expired.
