Attila Resources has appointed Russell Clark as non-executive chairman.
Mr Clark has been managing director of Wolf Minerals since October 2013, and prior to that was chief executive of Azimuth Resources, which was bought by Troy Resources in August.
He was also previously managing director of Grange Resources and served at Iluka Resources.
