Clarity appoints new CEO

Perth communications firm Clarity has promoted its senior staffer Anne Gribble to the top role of chief executive amid a flurry of leadership appointments.

Prior to rejoining Clarity as a senior adviser and later associate director in late 2020, Ms Gribble had a short stint at the West Australian Football Commission after six years with Clarity as a research and marketing strategist.

She previously held numerous market researcher and director roles and also worked as a freelance research and strategic marketing consultant.

Under its leadership moves, Clarity appointed Hayley Cardy as communications director to head up a team of 12 communications consultants.

It also appointed Bart Gardula as design director to oversee a team of 12.

The firm was founded by Anthony Hasluck, Daniel Carroll, and Kellie Hasluck in 1999, with the Subiaco-based agency marking its silver anniversary this year.

The leadership appointments are expected to allow Mr Hasluck and Mr Carroll to spend more time focusing on the agency’s growth and providing advice to its clients.

“Appointing new leaders for the growing Clarity team is the right way to start our twenty-fifth anniversary because it means we are focusing on the long-term role of our agency in the business community, while we celebrate our track record,” Mr Hasluck said.

Clarity's Liza White will move into the role of director of business development after three years as client relationship manager. The firm has also appointed Sara Murray, Niall Naghten and Ashley Valmadre.
