Advance Energy, which is soon to change its name to Antilles Oil and Gas, has appointed Pura Vida Energy technical director David Ormerod as managing director.
Mr Ormerod was also a founder and former exploration manager at Karoon Gas.
Former Woodside director North West Shelf Ventures, Jack Hamilton, has been named non-executive chairman.
Non-executive director Michael Davy has resigned.
