Board Moves September 7, 2017

Craig Bradshaw has been appointed non-executive director of Genesis Minerals. Mr  Bradshaw has more than 22 years of experience in the Australian and international mining industry, and is chief executive of a privately owned resource investment company.

Meteoric Resources has appointed Shastri Ramnath as technical director. Ms  Ramnath has more than 20 years of mining and exploration experience, and significant knowledge of the Midrim and La Force projects recently acquired by Meteoric through its acquisition of Cobalt Canada. The company also advised that George Sakalidis has resigned as executive director but will continue to assist when needed.

Tim Kestell has joined Riva Resources as non-executive director. Mr  Kestell has over 30 years of experience in capital markets including working at Euroz Securities and Patersons.

Kent Hunter is no longer a non-executive director of Classic Minerals.

James Bahen has been appointed joint company secretary of Calima Energy.
