Evolution Energy Minerals has appointed Stephen Dennis as non-executive director. Mr Dennis, a nominated director representing Marvel Gold, has over 30 years of experience within the mining industry and has held senior management and board positions at several Australian resources companies.
Yan Jia has resigned as non-executive director and deputy chair of Grange Resources. Ms Jia joined the board in June 2014 as a nominated director representing the company’s major shareholder Shagang.
Matrix Composites & Engineering has appointed its reporting and compliance manager Caitlin Flaherty as joint company secretary, following the resignation of Paul Hardie who has been with the company since September 2021.
Suvo Strategic Minerals has appointed Dr Agu Kantsler as non-executive director. Dr Kantsler has over 45 years of experience in the international and Australian upstream oil and gas industry, including over 20 years in senior leadership positions and 12 years on the boards of several listed and private companies.
