Darryl Clark has replaced David Flanagan as non-executive chair of Battery Minerals, Andrew Stewart has replaced Jeff Dowling as non-executive director, and Richard Willson has taken over from Nerida Schmidt as company secretary. The restructure occurs as the company transitions from a focus on Mozambican Graphite to a technical and corporate strategy based in eastern Australia. Current non-executive director Dr Clark has decades of global exploration & operating experience within the mining industry, and over 10 years of experience as a non-executive director of ASX listed companies. Dr Stewart is an economic geologist with over two decades of base and precious-metal exploration experience throughout Southeast and Central Asia, Australia, South America, and Europe. Mr Willson is a company secretary, non-executive director and chief financial officer with over 20 years of experience, predominantly within the mining sector, for public-listed and private companies.

Haranga Resources has appointed Peter Batten as managing director. Mr Batten is a qualified geologist with over 30 years of international and Australian exploration, operational and technical experience across a range of roles.

Hastings Technology Metals has appointed seasoned mining executive Paul Brown as chief executive. Mr Brown has more than two decades of experience, held various senior roles within the mining industry, and has successfully delivered & operated a number of significant mining projects. Commencing as CEO on 21 September, Mr Brown will be tasked with leading the company as it transitions from completion of infrastructure work to commencement of construction at the Yangibana mine and beneficiation plant, as well as the ongoing review of the capital & operational expenditures for the proposed hydrometallurgical plant.

Hexagon Energy Materials has appointed Stephen Hall as chief executive. Mr Hall has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, across the full value chain and asset lifecycle. Since November 2022, he has been assisting the company with its WAH2 Project as well as in advancing engagement with gas suppliers, offtakers and external technical advisors.

Lindian Resources has appointed Park Wei as a non-executive director. Mr Wei is an entrepreneur with multiple investments in the property, mining and finance sectors within Australia and other international markets. He has been a strategic advisor and a substantial shareholder of the company.

Musgrave Minerals has made some board changes following a controlling interest by Ramelius Resources. Kelly Ross, John Percival and Brett Lambert have all resigned as non-executive directors. Ramelius has appointed its chief executive and managing director Mark Zeptner, chief financial officer Tim Manners and general manager of business development Alan Thom to the Musgrave board as non-executive directors; and its legal manager & company secretary Richard Jones as joint company secretary.

Deborah Ho has resigned as joint company secretary of Resource Mining Corporation.
