Due to logistical difficulties and COVID-19 travel restrictions between Perth and Brazil, Christchurch-based executive director Jeff McKenzie will be retiring from the board of BBX Minerals. Mr McKenzie will provide consulting services to the company while it seeks to appoint a CFO to be based in Perth, and an administration executive to be based in Rio de Janeiro.
Sally-Anne Layman has resigned as non-executive director of Perseus Mining, following her appointment to the board of Newcrest Mining.
