Board Moves September 11, 2017

HearMeOut, an Israel-based social media app developer, has appointed Glenn Whiddon as non-executive chair and David Tasker as executive director. Their appointments come at a time when the company is making significant developments at an operation and technical level, and the need to communicate the compelling investment proposition to current shareholders and the wider investment community in Australia and globally. They replace non-executive chair Howard Digby and non-executive director Dr Anton Uvarov who have both resigned from the board.

Stephanie Unwin has been appointed non-executive director of Zenith Energy. Ms  Unwin is currently the chief executive and managing director of an ASX-listed biotechnology company.

Xi Xi has been appointed non-executive director of Mineral Resources. Ms  Xi has extensive experience in the global natural resources sector and has worked with numerous Chinese enterprises, advising on international acquisitions and investments overseas.
