Gabriel Chiappini has retired as non-executive director of Tanzanian graphite developer Black Rock Mining. Mr Chiappini is a founding director of the company, and has served in both an executive and non-executive capacity.

BNK Banking Corporation has appointed John Kolenda as non-executive director. Mr Kolenda has extensive experience in the mortgage broking and aggregation sector. He is the founder of several businesses including Finsure, which was acquired by BNK in September 2018 and subsequently sold in February 2022.

Peggy Liao has resigned as non-executive director of Merchant House International. She has been on the board since 1994.

James Doyle has resigned as joint company secretary of Metals X.

QX Resources has appointed Stephen Promnitz as managing director. Mr Promnitz has worked with a lithium brine developer, in the gold sector with major and mid-tier producers, as well as across the battery minerals of copper, nickel and rare earths, and the broader natural resources and energy sector, with a focus on South America, South-East Asia and Australia. He will be facilitating the growth and development of the company’s lithium assets in Western Australia, and its gold projects in Queensland.

Jack Rosagro has resigned as joint company secretary of Stelar Metals. He has been involved in the company’s successful listing on the ASX in March, and the relocation of its corporate office from Perth to Adelaide.
