Board Moves October 6, 2017

Alderan Resources has appointed current director Christopher Wanless as full-time executive director and chief executive. Mr  Wanless had previously entered into a consulting agreement with DM Bergbau, providing his services to Alderan on a part-time basis.

Azumah Resources has advised the passing of its long serving Vancouver-based non-executive director William LeClair. Mr  LeClaire was appointed to the board in May 2012 during the company’s dual listing on the Toronto Securities Exchange, which it has since relinquished.

Naomi Dolmatoff has been appointed company secretary of Brainchip Holdings. She replaces Mark Pitts who has resigned from the position.

Dr Vanessa Guthrie has been appointed non-executive director of Vimy Resources. She is the nominated representative of Resource Capital Fund, the largest shareholder to Vimy and its flagship Mulga Rock Project.
